kconfig: fix mconf segmentation fault

I have found small bug in mconf, when you run it without any argument it
will sigsegv.

Without patch:
$ scripts/kconfig/mconf
Segmentation fault

With patch:
$ scripts/kconfig/mconf
can't find file (null)
