[PATCH 05/06] Use menuconfig objects 4 - ISDN part 5/6 (CONFIG_CAPI_AVM)

Transform Kconfig objects from "menu, config" into "menuconfig" so
that the user can disable the whole feature without having to enter
the menu first.
