[ANNOUNCE] ketchup-0.9.8-rt1

Seeing that Matt is a bit busy lately, and hasn't updated his ketchup
repo, I put my changes for downloading the RT kernel into Matt's latest
ketchup and posting it here.

For those that would still like to use ketchup with the RT patch.
