[PATCH] [1/7] Add frame work to disable CPUID bits on the command line

From: Andi Kleen
Date: Fri Jan 18 2008 - 12:27:45 EST

There are already various options to disable specific cpuid bits
on the command line. They all use their own variable. Add a generic
mask to make this easier in the future.
