[PATCH 03/23 -v8] Annotate core code that should not be traced

From: Steven Rostedt
Date: Wed Jan 30 2008 - 16:08:15 EST

Mark with "notrace" functions in core code that should not be
traced. The "notrace" attribute will prevent gcc from adding
a call to mcount on the annotated funtions.
