2.6.25 regression/oops on boot (ACPI related?)

I'm getting a "general protection fault" when trying to boot 2.6.25-rc3
on my AMD64 box; 2.6.24 boots fine. The machine just seems to end up
sitting there at the end, but still responds to a ctrl-alt-del to
cleanly shutdown. The GPF is as follows:
