[PATCH 4/8] ide: remove obsoleted "hdx=autotune" kernel parameter

* Remove obsoleted "hdx=autotune" kernel parameter
(we always auto-tune PIO if possible nowadays).

* Remove no longer needed ide_drive_t.autotune flag.
