Weird PCI problem after crash

Hi all,

I'm sorry to bother you all with this question, but I don't know how to solve this by myself.

Well,
my laptop, HP dv5194ea, comes with an Intel ipw3945 wireless card, the card worked well with ipw3945 driver on Gentoo distribution,
yesterday I was playing with a pcmcia wireless card (as usual) when my system crashed/freezed,
after a forced shutdown I get this error when I load the driver for the ipw3945 card:

PCI: Device 0000:06:00.0 not available because of resource 0 collisions

this is what I've found out 'till now:

lspci says:
-----
06:00.0 Non-VGA unclassified device: Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection (rev 02)
Subsystem: Hewlett-Packard Company Device 135c
Flags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 3
Memory at <ignored> (32-bit, non-prefetchable)
Capabilities: [c8] Power Management version 2
Capabilities: [d0] Message Signalled Interrupts: Mask- 64bit+ Queue=0/0 Enable-
Capabilities: [e0] Express Legacy Endpoint, MSI 00
Capabilities: [100] Advanced Error Reporting <?>
Capabilities: [140] Device Serial Number 22-e9-36-ff-ff-02-13-00
Kernel modules: ipw3945
-----
Sounds a bit strange "Non-VGA ...", and so does "Memory at <ignored>"..

Then:
-----
# cat /sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1c.2/0000:06:00.0/resource:

0x0000000000000000 0x0000000000000fff 0x0000000000000200
0x0000000000000000 0x0000000000000000 0x0000000000000000
0x0000000000000000 0x0000000000000000 0x0000000000000000
0x0000000000000000 0x0000000000000000 0x0000000000000000
0x0000000000000000 0x0000000000000000 0x0000000000000000
0x0000000000000000 0x0000000000000000 0x0000000000000000
0x0000000000000000 0x0000000000000000 0x0000000000000000

but:

# cat: /sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:1c.2/0000:06:00.0/resource0: Input/output error
-----

Twist of fate: the card works well as usual under Windows XP, but gives the same error booting from a Linux LiveCD.

You can find the dmesg output attacched to this mail if it can help.

Thank you in advance, and please CC me in answer or comments, I'm not a list subscriber.

Thank you
