[PATCH 17/23] make section names compatible with -ffunction-sections -fdata-sections: s390

[Denys Vlasenko]

The purpose of this patch is to make kernel buildable
with "gcc -ffunction-sections -fdata-sections".
This patch fixes s390 architecture.
