[PATCH 4/4] ide: move ioctls handling to ide-ioctls.c

From: Bartlomiej Zolnierkiewicz
Date: Tue Aug 05 2008 - 12:43:50 EST

* Move ioctls handling to ide-ioctls.c
(except HDIO_DRIVE_TASKFILE for now).

* Make ide_{cmd,task}() static.
