BUG - HDA Intel very low audio with breaking voice in 2.6.28-rc8

Hello all,

I am facing problem in 2.6.28-rc8, HDA Intel audio is very low and
with breaking voice, may be it seems like HD effect ;)

I am also curious why it is showing 2 audio devices with lspci. I am
using HP dv5-1002us laptop.
