[PATCH 10/24] GFS2: Move rg_igeneration into struct gfs2_rgrpd

From: swhiteho
Date: Wed Dec 17 2008 - 07:32:39 EST

From: Steven Whitehouse <swhiteho@xxxxxxxxxx>

This moves one of the fields of struct gfs2_rgrpd_host into
the struct gfs2_rgrpd with the eventual aim of removing
the struct rgrpd_host completely.
