[PATCH] rtc-ds1553: Drop IRQF_DISABLED

IRQF_DISABLED should be be used with IRQF_SHARED. Drop IRQF_DISABLED
and add spin_lock_irqsave/spin_unlock_irqrestore to the interrupt
handler.
