[PATCH] Make radeon_reinitialize_M10() absent if its reference is#ifdef'd out

Make radeon_reinitialize_M10() absent if its reference is #ifdef'd out (if
CONFIG_PM=n or CONFIG_PPC_PMAC=n. Otherwise a warning is given:
