[GIT PULL] drm-intel fixes for 2.6.30-rc6

Mostly a bunch of KMS fixes to get more hardware working, and most of it
is right out of the 2D driver.  The notable change is the vmalloc fix,
which gets firefox working with big panorama photos (along with some
userland fixes).
