[PATCH 5/5 -tip] x86: asm/types.h remove irrelevant comment foruserspace

following comment is irrelevant at usr/include/asm/types.h :

"These aren't exported outside the kernel to avoid name space clashes"

Also fixed some spacing issues in usr/include/asm/types.h
