It's fairly much as before -- although we may reconsider some of the
controversial policies since my interpretation of the Data Protection
Act differs from Russell's in some respects.

I don't think there'll be much change from before. I think the front end
filtering is fairly much the same; the main difference between the lists
is the moderators. The moderators of the ARM lists are very active and
happy to filter things by hand -- like setting it to 'hold' messages
from non-subscribers, then approving them manually, which catches a lot.
I've been a bit lazy with the MTD list because I wanted to do as much as
possible automatically (although Artem does a wonderful job in his spare
time).

It's about time I updated some of the things I _do_ do automatically,
though; I've been neglecting that for a while too. You're the first
person to complain to me; I'll take a look and see what I can do.
