[PATCH 06/47] KVM: ignore reads to perfctr msrs

From: Avi Kivity
Date: Wed Aug 26 2009 - 06:41:25 EST

From: Amit Shah <amit.shah@xxxxxxxxxx>

We ignore writes to the perfctr msrs. Ignore reads as well.

Kaspersky antivirus crashes Windows guests if it can't read
these MSRs.
