Hi,

We have a separate mailing list (linux-api@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx)
where new kernel APIs are (or were?) meant to be discussed/checked/tested.

Maybe Michael Kerrisk would care (or would have cared?) about this.

I don't see linux-api@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx listed in MAINTAINERS,
but it is referred to in Documentation/HOWTO and Documentation/SubmitChecklist.
Does it need to be listed in MAINTAINERS?
(oh, you didn't read Documentation/SubmitChecklist ??)

Anyway, please cc: linux-api@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx on future patches like this
series.
