[PATCH tip/core/rcu 1/1] rcu: fix TINY_RCU #elif condition

From: Paul E. McKenney
Date: Mon Oct 26 2009 - 17:07:39 EST

Some compilers are happy with "#elif CONFIG_RCU_TINY", while others
strongly prefer "#elif defined(CONFIG_RCU_TINY)". Change to the latter
to make more compilers happy.
