Introduce a driver for the Texas Instruments TSC2005 touchscreen
controller.

Includes additional modifications by David Brownell, Phil Carmody,
Imre Deak, Hiroshi DOYU, Ari Kauppi, Tony Lindgren, Jarkko Nikula,
Eero Nurkkala and Roman Tereshonkov.
