Sorry - I believe we should NAK this patch.
It would turn the following

./perf nonsuchcmd --help
No manual entry for perf-nonsuchcmd

into

./perf nonsuchcmd --help
No manual entry for nonsuchcmd

The former is correct, the name of the man page includes the prefix "perf-"
