[PATCH 07/12] perf/core, x86: rename macro in ARCH_PERFMON_EVENTSEL_ENABLE

For consistency reasons this patch renames
ARCH_PERFMON_EVENTSEL0_ENABLE to ARCH_PERFMON_EVENTSEL_ENABLE.
