[PATCH 4/5] staging: et131x: et1310_eeprom: Fix code style issues from checkpatch.pl

This patch fixes 1 error and 2 warnings reported by checkpatch.pl
Use of spaces replaced by tabs and one comment block edited to
remain within the 80 char guidelines.
