[PATCH 6/8] [x86] watchdog: cleanup hw_nmi.c cruft

From: Don Zickus
Date: Fri May 07 2010 - 17:12:42 EST

The design of the hardlockup watchdog has changed and cruft was left
behind in the hw_nmi.c file. Just remove the code that isn't used
anymore.
