Fix kconfig dependency warning to satisfy dependencies:

warning: (XFS_FS && BLOCK || NFSD && NETWORK_FILESYSTEMS && INET && FILE_LOCKING && BKL) selects EXPORTFS which has unmet direct dependencies (NETWORK_FILESYSTEMS)
