[PATCH] suspend: constify platform_suspend_ops

While at it, fix two checkpatch errors.

Subject: [PATCH] suspend: constify platform_suspend_ops

Inspired by hunks of the grsecurity patch, updated for newer kernels.
Even though platform_suspend_ops is already part of the list of "should be
const" operations structures of 2.6.35 checkpatch.pl, several non-const
struct instances constified by this patch have been added after 2.6.35.
