[PATCH] spi: Cypress TTSP G3 MTDEV SPI Device Driver

Initial release of Cypress TTSP Gen3 SPI Device Driver.
Provides SPI communication modules for the Cypress
TTSP Gen3 MTDEV Core Driver.
