[PATCH][Trivial] sound, ca0106: Fix assignment to 'channel'.

Hi,

The assignment to the local variable 'channel' in 
snd_ca0106_pcm_pointer_capture() is a little crazy.
Order of assignment is undefined. This fixes it.
