[PATCH v3, RESEND 15/16] sunrpc: remove global init_rpc_pipefs

[Kirill A. Shutemov]

Replace remaining init_rpc_pipefs references with get_rpc_pipefs(NULL)
and make init_rpc_pipefs static.
