[PATCH] ext4: unused variables cleanup in check_eofblocks_fl andext4_ext_map_blocks

ext4 extents cleanup:

. remove unused `*ex' from check_eofblocks_fl
. remove unused `*eh' from ext4_ext_map_blocks
