[PATCH 4/7] [media] cx88: use a mutex to protect cx8802_devlist

From: Jonathan Nieder
Date: Mon Apr 04 2011 - 23:28:10 EST

Add and use a mutex to protect the cx88-mpeg device list. Previously
the BKL prevented races.

Based on a patch by Ben Hutchings <ben@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>.
