[PULL] drm intel fixes

Here's a couple of minor fixes for intel modesetting.

These should resolve the following bugs:

These didn't uncover any regressions in testing compared with -rc2. We
have found an S4 resume regression in -rc2 compared with .38 on the
Piketon platform which we're still chasing.
