[PATCH 11/16] hpsa: remove atrophied hpsa_scsi_setup function

From: Stephen M. Cameron
Date: Tue May 03 2011 - 15:59:47 EST

From: Stephen M. Cameron <scameron@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

hpsa_scsi_setup at one time contained enough code to justify
its existence, but that time has passed.
