[PATCH 2/4] mtd: m25p80: Clean up JEDEC manufacturer checks

[Kevin Cernekee]

Use the manufacturer ID names from cfi.h instead of hard-coding
hex constants.  Introduce a JEDEC_MFR macro for clarity.
