[PATCH] sch_generic unused variable warning

during randconfig testing net/sched/sch_generic produced
net/sched/sch_generic.c: In function dev_watchdog
net/sched/sch_generic.c:254:10: warning: unused variable drivername

drivername is only used in the scope of the WARN_ONCE
