This is what I was looking for. Can we modify MAINTAINERS to say

X86 RELIABILITY AVAILABILITY AND SERVICEABILITY (RAS) INFRASTRUCTURE

Actually I got the idea when I saw "mcelog" in file paths, but... :-)
