[PATCH] Documentation: fix cgroup blkio throttle filenames

From: Randy Dunlap
Date: Wed Jul 06 2011 - 14:28:20 EST

From: Andrea Righi <andrea@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

All the blkio.throttle.* file names are incorrectly reported without
".throttle" in the documentation. Fix it.
