[PATCH v2] init/Kconfig: Fix dependency for CGROUP_SCHED

Fix the following build warning:

warning: (SCHED_AUTOGROUP) selects CGROUP_SCHED which has unmet direct dependencies (CGROUPS && EXPERIMENTAL)
