[PATCH 2/9] perf script: Unify the expressions indicating "unknown"

From: Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo
Date: Mon Jan 30 2012 - 20:26:44 EST

From: Akihiro Nagai <akihiro.nagai.hw@xxxxxxxxxxx>

The perf script command uses various expressions to indicate "unknown".

It is unfriendly for user scripts to parse it. So, this patch unifies
the expressions to "[unknown]".
