[PATCH 7/7] backlight: progear: use pr_err instead of printk

[Jingoo Han]

This patch uses pr_err instead of printk to allow dynamic debugging.

It also fixes checkpatch warnings as below:
WARNING: printk() should include KERN_ facility level
