Hi Federico,

This driver is now merged, but I'm not happy with this.

The main criticism is that it doesn't use videobuf2, but still uses the old
videobuf framework. You really, really should upgrade.

There is also no reason to return -EBUSY if someone opens the device node a
second time. That's a perfectly valid thing to do.

And please run the v4l2-compliance tool for your driver (found in the
v4l-utils.git repository). It will find quite a few issues, I'm sure.

I see that there was no review of this code at the time you posted it.
Normally I would have reviewed it, but as I mentioned earlier, I was temporarily
absent from the list at the time. It's too bad that I'm finding these issues
so late. I hope you can spend some time upgrading the driver for 3.6.
