[PATCH 007/193] arch/arm: remove CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL

From: Kees Cook
Date: Tue Oct 23 2012 - 16:59:46 EST

This config item has not carried much meaning for a while now and is
almost always enabled by default. As agreed during the Linux kernel
summit, remove it.
