[PATCH 026/193] arch/s390/kvm: remove CONFIG_EXPERIMENTAL

From: Kees Cook
Date: Tue Oct 23 2012 - 17:06:34 EST

almost always enabled by default. As agreed during the Linux kernel
summit, remove it.
