What about asm/kvm.h? Is it a part of the UAPI?

Yeah, that part could be improved, probably with -MMD.

Isn't the srctree intended to point to kernel root? Also you missed to
define the objtree which used below.

This isn't bad, but using '+=' looks more natural IMHO.
