[PATCHv3 net-next 4/8] vhost-net: cleanup macros for DMA statustracking

From: Michael S. Tsirkin
Date: Thu Nov 01 2012 - 15:25:16 EST

Better document macros for DMA tracking. Add an
explicit one for DMA in progress instead of
relying on user supplying len != 1.
