OOPS with 3.9.0rc2+

Hi,

I get a kernel oops / panic with a 3.9.0rc2+ kernel (git from 2h ago) on my Sony
Vaio laptop. It happened with rc1, too.

Unfortunately I only have a screen photo as nothing gets written to the system
log.
