This sounds like a solution I would like.

I think it's cleaner if the new table is named like it's in this
patch (saa7113_datasheet_init) as the gm7113c is just a clone of the
saa7113, and the gm7113c datasheet is just a ripoff of the saa7113
datasheet.

I'll add a bool (or enum?) to the platform_data struct to toggle what
table to use. And I'll add the defaults you suggested.

I'll also try to add more documentation to the platform_data struct.
