Can arm64 have a PC-style parport?

If not, you're better off disabling it in drivers/parport/Kconfig.

You will receive bonus points for introducing ARCH_MAY_HAVE_PC_PARPORT,
cfr. ARCH_MAY_HAVE_PC_FDC.
