[PATCH 23/39] staging/lustre/autoconf: remove LC_FS_STRUCT_USE_PATH

From: Peng Tao
Date: Thu Nov 14 2013 - 11:40:55 EST

From: James Simmons <uja.ornl@xxxxxxxxx>

struct fs_struct has been using struct path for working dirs
since v2.6.26.

We can remove the test and the dead code.
